There is no rotation in either the iPhone software or the desktop software, but instructions online suggest camera/settings/videosettings/

only setting there is brightness. I mounted the camera upside down for better viewing from my eaves. Suggestion? Thanks.

There is no rotation in the Gen 2 cameras - is that what you have?

I believe the concern is to keep water from entering through the charging port.  The camera body is pretty symmetric, so I am not seeing much benefit in mounting it upside down.

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, the lens is not in the center and where my camera is mounted the inversion of the camera makes a significant difference. I have 3 properties and 11 cameras starting back at the Pro 1. other models could be inverted when needed. Why remove it from the software on this model??

A question for Arlo, not me.

I recall hearing that it was to ensure water did not penetrate through the charging port and reach the battery.
