Essential Spotlight Outdoor will not connect to wifi

My two Essential Spotlight Outdoor cams will not connect to the wifi. The phone is on the same 2.4 network as the cameras are supposed to connect to and they are right next to the router when I try to connect. I have even tried to use the web portal to set them up and remove the camera from all accounts it's registered to. I don't know what else to try. Any help is appreciated. I'm puzzled here, since a camera can only be in one account.

 

Have you tried a factory reset?  Hold down the sync button until it flashes amber (about 15 seconds).

I am having a similar issue. I managed to connect 2 ultra cameras no problems but I cannot connect the essential outdoor camera or the video doorbell. I have been onto arlo most of the day and still haven't resolved the issue.

It appears the essential and the doorbell are now online. Is there any other help you are needing?
