I saw a similar post on here about this issue but it did not have a resolution. Both of my camera's will not charge. I have used three separate outlets and had both plugged in for 12+ hours. I am using the charging cable provided and a 5V 2amp adapter.

Yeah, I already had the most up to date firmware. So I dont know why I was have that issue. I had to re-sync my camera and the issue resolved itself.

Just found another post about updating the firmware. Be back once I figure out if that's possible at the moment.

Likely not.

 

If you have a subscription (paid or trial), you can contact support.  Use the support options in the app - one should be phone support.
