The cameras are charged and I have reset them. I have deleted the Arlo App on my phone and removed the cameras. I have tried re adding the cameras, it's recognising the QR code and chime but then it can't find the cameras. The cameras are flashing blue then red then nothing. Can anybody please help? Many thanks 🙂

I thought these cameras were 2.4 gigahertz only

Did you also remove the cameras from your account since you reset them? When you charged the cameras, did the solid blue LED show on each camera? Did you follow this procedure to reset:

Hi there, yes to all your questions. Do you think it is the because of 5GHz?

Perhaps more related to your router. Are you using a mesh system or a standard router?

The information from Arlo states both 5GHz and 2.4GHz for this camera

Most are, but almost all 5 ghz routers also support connections on 2.4.

You were correct. They don't run on 5GHz
