- Hi I've tried looking into all discussions but haven't found anything that was similar to my problem. I did see some suggestions. My camera has been inside since day 1 and worked find since then. I charge it like once in 4-6 months for a day. I checked the camera no scratches, no moisture (it's inside), and no plastic (was find since day 1). I've tried resetting it and deleting it and adding it multiple time. It's seems to have lost focus because I can see clear when it's near something but I mean near I put the camera to my face. To kind of give an idea how close it gets clear, I can only get really clear when the screen covers only my eye and eye brow. Not sure what else could be the problem.

This sounds like it might be a hardware problem. If the camera is still under warranty, you should probably try paid support.
You might try removing the camera from the account, and trying the hardware reset. Hold down the sync button until the LED flashes amber (which should take about 15 seconds). Then add the camera back to your account.

I tried the resetting that way but still nothing. What if it's out of warranty? Is there anything else I'm able to to?

One thing I should have suggested is that you try zooming out the camera while livestreaming. Just in case you accidently zoomed it in and forgot to put it back.

You could try Arlo support. Sometimes they will offer a discount on a replacement purchase.
