Error when accepting invite

Hello,

My wife invited me and i accepted and created an account. But when i login on the iphone app i cant see any of our cameras. It also says pending on her “invite list”. When she sent me an invite again i keep trying to login (with the account i just made) on the website but it gives me this error: Http failure response for https://ocapi-app.arlo.com/api/auth: 0 Unknown Error. I’ve tried loggin in on different browsers (chrome, brave and safari) and i’ve tried logging in on different internet networks but it does work.

Pls help because this is very annoying

Have you manually granted access to all the devices you would like to control?
