Will my VMC3030 Arlo and VMC4030 Arlo Pro cameras stop working in the next few months as a result of the EOL policy or should I upgrade them now.

If you've read the emails as well as the online docs, you'll see that the cameras will continue to work as before but won't receive updates or support.
