Arlo pro 4 camera

I have an Arlo doorbell for which I pay a subscription. I have added a pro 4 camera and I am now at the end of the free trial period. Does anyone know if I can take out a second single subscription or if I have to take a multiple unit subscription at a greatly increased rate?. Many cthanks;
