Can I view videos without a subscription

Looking to buy Pro 4. Understand they do not come with base/hub station. Can I view activity video with out a subscription. (Comes with 3 month free)

Unfortunately not.  You'd need a subscription to get any cloud storage.  And direct access to local storage requires a smarthub (VMB4540 or VMB5000).
