Downloading Issues - Arlo Camera VMC2030

Hello,

I'm trying to download videos on my Arlo account from a specific camera although that camera does not show videos in my library even though the camera is live, recording and has 100% charged battery.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

What arlo App are you using, or web portal?
Do you have an error message when trying to download?

If they are not showing any recoding's in the library, are they past the 7 day storage ? If they are not in your library as you said you there is nothing to download.  Also do you have any filters on in the library.

Also just noticed you listed the VMC2030 that is the Essential not Pro2 were you posted. Has your 3 month trial subscription run out if the model is correct?  The essential does not have the free 7 day storage.
