Does away override schedule?

Does away mode override arm schedule?

For example, when I leave the home the camera will arm via geofence. If I'm still away from home at 630am the next day when they typically disarm, will they disarm or will that be overridden due to me being away from home?

After you leave the location, the system will follow the set automations you created. If you do not have any additional custom schedules/automations, the system should default to the Arrive/Leave automation you create.

Is there a way to disable the automations without deleting them completely.

You will just uncheck them within the modes section.
