Didn't receive a code to set up the 3 month included service

Hello! We needed to add a camera to our home because we realized that our cameras weren't picking up our driveway. I chose the Arlo Essential because of the spotlight. We installed it and added it to our base. We quickly realized that it wasn't recording videos like our other Arlo cameras. We got the box out and found that we need a subscription for this one. I wish the Amazon add would have mentioned that. Anyway, the box mentions that it comes with 3 free months, but we never got a code to activate it. I can't get ahold of live support because I live in the US. Can someone please help me?

There is no code to claim the free trial. If you are eligible for subscriptions in your country, the trial plan will automatically be applied to your account after onboarding is complete.

That's interesting.  The camera setup app asked me for a code for the 3 month trial.  I'll try again.  Thank you for your response.
