Dead after 4 months

I bought this essential camera back in April.  About a month ago it stopped communicating with the base.  I did the standard reset which was unsuccessful.  The only sign of life I get is the blue light flashes when it is plugged into the wall.  Other than that the system doesn’t recognize it anymore.  The fact I can’t get a human on the phone is beyond infuriating.

You may need to purchase a temporary single camera subscription so you can then use Settings, Support to get phone access to support.

Try charging the camera, remove it from your account and then factory reset using these instructions: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-and-re-sync-my-Arlo-camera

 

After the factory reset is complete, try onboarding the camera again as if it were new.
