Can’t add camera & light stays on constantly

Need help. The light on my Essential XL spotlight camera stays on and I have lost the connection and can’t reconnect it.
Yes, I have tried all the suggestions so far, deleted devise and now it won’t reconnect. When I push the little button on it for the “1-2” seconds the little blue light does not flash. The light has been on for 7 hrs straight now.

Made a phone call to Arlo support and they were able to get me back on line and the light off in just a couple minutes. Problem solved!

Have you tried holding down sync until the LED blinks amber?

Yes I have also tried that to no avail.
