My camera has not been charging for a couple of weeks and I would like to exchange it as it is not a year old yet. I have tried working with terrible bot chat feature but it has been a complete waste of my time. How can I speak to a real person to obtain a RMA?

One option is to subscribe.  That would give you a phone option for support.

 

Or maybe wait a day or so, and see if the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) can assist.

Yes, the camera is still not working.

Have you tried a different power adapter/cable?

No, I have not tried another cable because the camera will charge but then it is totally dead again within a day or so. I think the battery is dead.

No I do not have a battery nor did I realize that the battery can be replaced in this model. Do you have instructions to remove the battery that you could send me?

The Arlo Essential cameras do not have a user-replaceable battery.
