I already have the cameras and need to add as new device since I wanted to reset. It does not read code and it does not activate. All other measures have been taken to make sure I’m on the internet, etc.
Not such a Davy tech person and would love to speak to someone but Arlo does not offer support anymore

There is no code to read on these cameras (you state a VMC3030 although we're in the Essential camera section - which is it?). If you really have an Essential camera, what is it you're trying to do? It sounds like you have an existing system that you want to reset but maybe not.
If an Essential camera, check the FAQ in the support section here for the camera reset procedure which is to hold the hidden sync button for >10 seconds until the LED starts flashing amber.
