I’m trying to install my doorbell and it won’t stay on or connect. It’s fully charged but will not stay on long enough to connect

Have you reset it? What do you mean by it won't stay on long enough? It isn't supposed to turn off at any point. Are you setting this up near your router or by the door?

When I install the battery the LED lights will flash and after 2-5 minutes it will shut off. I am setting it up next to my router also

Are you saying you can't get past the QR code before it shuts off?
