Hi,
My wire free doorbell camera won’t connect to my new Wi-Fi despite me using the ‘help’ section and following the instructions like changing the Wi-Fi to a 2.4ghz for example.
Does anyone have any ideas/ suggestions to sort this out?

If not, where it the process failing?
