This is my second Arlo doorbell (wireless). The first one was damaged by someone.
This second one (which I had brought over a year ago but installed less than a month ago) has been damaged again. It's the glass over the camera. Can it be replaced? I don't want to buy yet a third doorbell and have it destroyed again.
I'm frustrated as to how easily it's been damaged. The doorbell failed to give me the notifications (starting at 25%) that it was running low and when I realized it the doorbell hadn't functioned for a week - and it was then that it was damaged (the glass is scratched and almost cracked but not like the 1st one) . I'm at a wits end.
