Ever since the upgrade/new app, arlo has been giving issues. Now the issue is that when I go to sign it, it does not recognize any of my devices so that I can view the cameras. I am able to reset my password successfully but I cannot log in.. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and even shut down my phone and restarted it, still no luck in recognizing so that i can log in. Please help! I have the wireless WiFi cameras, model vms323oc the modem is a netgear
