Arlo spotlight turns on whenever I open the app.

My camara spot light turns on whenever I open the app or live stream the video to my phone. I want it to come on when motion is detected or when I manually turn it on but not every time I open the app or live stream it. I even tried turning off the spotlight all together but it still turns on at full brightness anytime I do anything with the app. I'm not wanting to advertise to my neighborhood Everytime I glance at my yard

Livestreaming at night will turn on the spotlight unless you configure the camera to only use nightvision in low light.

But it shouldn't turn on just because you opened the app, so something is definitely wrong if it is doing that.  Have you tried a factory reset?  https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera
