We have just tested the sirens on three cameras using the app. After deactivating the siren the siren stops but the app still says the siren is active. We have tried fully closing the app. Deactivating the siren repeatedly but we can’t get rid of the sirens active banner. This is the same on two different phones. We seeing the latest iOS software and the app is up to date.

How have you tested the siren, using the manual method on the app or using the motion trigger event rules?
If the later, make sure you have the audio trigger disabled in the mode rules when a siren is included as the audio trigger will cause further triggering of the siren and retain the siren active condition.
Have you tried disabling the camera mode, manually activate the siren and deactivate it to clear the banner, then arm it again.
