Problem with an Arlo 3 Pro with spot lights camera

I have a few Arlo Pro 3 spotlight cameras. After the hurricane blew through one of my cameras stopped working. When I connect the charger the blue light blinks once and then 2 red arrows at the top of the camera blink twice. I have tried holding down the reset button on the camera, nothing happens. I've also tried re-setting the base station, it recognizes the other cameras but not the one I'm having trouble with. Thanks, Ray

Is there water inside?

not sure about water inside, never opened one.

Given the hurricane, I think you should remove the camera from the housing and check.

I opened the camera and did find a little bit of water inside.
