Arlo essential spotlights wireless - live video in black/white, light comes on during the day

2 months old and lights coming on during the day and live video is in black and white also picture does not come up in video settings to set up zones.   It was working great until a few days ago.

Certainly possible to be a faulty camera but first try moving it to another location as well as removing and reconnecting it. If still not working right, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
