Purchased four months ago, ever since it caused me only headache. The charge drains in one day in my backyard. I contacted the support and basically what they asked me to do needs two days of taking off from work. But I did it I still drains the battery. But what is most annoying is it gives me thousands of notices of low battery on my phone the screen and thousands to my email. I just auntie Arlo to save the battery just to use for essentials but it still lost the battery. And now my phone it’s giving me notice once every 5 seconds for the past five hours. I never received 200 notice of short battery in my email! Very annoying to the point that I want to put them all in trash. Does anyone knows what is going on?The support is no help

We're aware of an issue with low battery alerts being sent too frequently. The development team is currently testing a solution to this issue that we hope to have available very soon. I will provide an update once we have more information.
