yesterday Night I purchased the Unlimited plan for 12.99 to active my cameras and I got charge to my account and it doesn’t show active and I contact support and the told me I have to contact billing and I am trying to contact billing and the system its now. Saying I don’t have access to contact live agent and All I have right now it a proof if my bank account that tell me that yesterday arlo withdraw the 12.99 .!! But unfortunately the system didn’t sent no confirmation to my phone or account! And no one seems to be able to help.
