Sounds like 2FA is the issue. WHat happens when you try to log in? Do you have the same phone number? Can you successfully log in via the web client?

Sorry 2FA? When trying to log in says push notification sent but we are not receiving this code. Phone number exactly the same as before and email address?

2FA = two factor authentication
Isn't there a selection for a different method of authentication which would use email for the code?
If you log in via the web client (https://my.arlo.com) on a computer, go to Settings, Profile, Login Settings, Two-Step Verification to check out your settings. Maybe change the default to email for the time being.
