My Arlo battery will not fully charge. It gets to 41% and then stops. Been plugged in for 2 days. I've restarted, re-synced and still no change. Any others?

Check the level using both the app as well as the web client (my.arlo.com). Any difference?

The web has an even lower battery level

And thanks for the suggestion.

Seems I need a specific adapter to fully charge the device. So off to the electronics store

The essential should be able to charge with pretty much any new USB charger.  Arlo chargers generally supply about 10 watts ( for instance, 2 amps @ 5 volts).

Thanks. I have to get an adapter that is a 5V-2A adapter. My adapter is 5V-1A.

Never knew this was a difference nor a requirement.

That should still charge the camera, just more slowly.

Unfortunately it never gets to 100% with the 5V-1A. It always stops between 30-40%. And that's leaving it plugged in for 2 days. I'll get the 2A adapter and see if that works.
