Arlo Essential Wire-free Outdoor Camera with Spotlight

Hello,

I have a Arlo Essential 1080p Wire-Free Spotlight Outdoor Camera that is set up outside my front door. My issue is that the spotlight on all the camera will not shut off after being activated and recording for motion. It remains on until I manually turn them off.  The only way for me to turn it off is to  view the camera live, and to turn it off manually.  If I do not do this, the light will remain on and drain the entire battery of the camera. 

I want to keep the spotlight feature, but I want it to turn on only to record, and to turn off after recording has ended so I don't have to constantly worry about manually turning the light off or killing the battery.

All firmware is up to date, cameras were purchased and installed in July 2023, and have been doing this for the past 3 month.  I have removed/reinstalled the camera and have even factory reset it, none of these steps have fixed my issue.

How do I fix this???
