Hi. I went away for a month. I set up my camera on sept 1. fully charged. by sept 27 the battery was low. My son went by the house and plugged battery into the wall sept 28. I came home sept 1 battery is still not charged at. amber light is blinking. i did all the troubleshooting from sept 1 until now, the amber light is still blinking and no charge. arlo won't talk to me because I'm not a subscriber. Hope one of y'all can help me.

If the battery totally dies, try this FAQ's procedure. The key is to plug in and unplug many times to get enough charge into the battery to then allow it to charge normally.
