We have had these cameras for less than a year, and they have only worked about half the time. One of the three works ok even though it does not update us when there is movement any more, and the other two will not turn on at all even though it lights up like it is charging. I've restarted and charged them multiple times over and it is not working properly at all. I would like to have them replaced as its within the 1 year warranty but cannot find the route to do so without a subscription or access to a live chat. Any help is appreciated.
