I have a new Arlo Essential Spotlight camera

I have a new AEOTEC Smartthings hub running latest firmware

All devices are in loaded in Google Home and Smartthings.

I can stream in the Arlo app and in a web browser and in the Smartthings app and in Google Home

BUT I CANNOT stream to either my Nest Hub nor my Nvidia Shield TV.

 

When I say "Hey Google show my Front Patio"

Google says "Streaming Front Patio"

Then it shows "Connecting"

Then a Live Video icon displays

Then nothing and it goes back to the screen saver.

 

If I ask it to play on the Shield, it says "Streaming ..." and then nothing happens.

 

If I scroll to the Home Control section on the Nest Hub and tap the camera I get the same "connecting" and then nothing.

Still waiting???

A Jeffrey supposedly from Arlo contacted me last week via email to et up a call but there has been no response since.

 

I just hooked up my 2nd camera a week ago and have the exact same problem. Won't be adding any more of these if this problem does not get fixed.
