I am switching out my old Asus RT-AC1900P for the Eero pro with beacon.

I've been able to get every other iot device to hook up, but the Arlo cameras will not. I have disabled the 5ghz channel from the eero to force 2.4ghz. I have reset the cameras and removed from the app. I tried chat support with no luck (ended up getting disconnected). Phone support says they are at capacity and drops the call.

After the camera scans the QR, it will chime and keep slowly blinking blue. After about 10 seconds, it will change to the fast amber blink meaing it can't join network.

I was thinking I would either need to use the Asus as an AP forcing 2.4ghz that way, or purchase the Arlo basestation, which would suck since the reason I bought the Arlo Essentials was it did not require one.

Anyone else having issues?

jiklomiki83,

A similar issue was reported here: https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Video-Doorbell/Trouble-connecting-to-Eero-mesh-network/td-p/17427...

Are you able to attempt this solution?
