Arlo Essential Spotlight, Subscription went onto an old account

HELPPPPPP!! I downloaded the app a while ago and couldnt get the cameras to connect because I was on a 5ghz wifi, but anyway, today I logged in and re set up the cameras on a 2ghz connection and it worked!! well an hour later somehow when I log in it immediately takes me to the old account and the new location is nowhere to be found, but my husband can still see it on his app. And to top it off they have applied my paid subscription onto a virtually useless account with no cameras! If anyone can please tell me how to get my subscription changed to the active account I would Appreciate it so much!! TIA

If you've set up a subscription on the wrong account, you will need to cancel the subscription and set up again on the appropriate account after logging in with the correct credentials.
