Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera (VMC2330)

I purchased 3 of these Essential cameras along with the solar power chargers. They have been outside for about a week now. Doing great, but today one camera disappeared from my dashboard and ALL the saved videos from the camera are now gone. That camera has a little light on the front blinking amber. So I'm thinking the battery is about dead, even though it's plugged into the solar panel so not sure why it would be dead. The other two cameras are charged at nearly 100%. 2 questions - 1. where did all the saved videos go? 2. If this camera/solar panel isn't going to perform well just one week after installing it then how do I go about getting it replaced with a new one, or what are my options?

My dashboard was erased today. I'm unable to get anything re-added or connected.
My solar chargers have not been working as well. Seems if it's not beaming hot they're useless.
