Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera light stuck on

My camera, one of four, has the spotlight stuck on and drained the battery from 100٪ to 18٪ in 5 hours. I went into settings and turned off the spotlight, however the light is still on. Firmware is up to date and it records normally. This just started today.

If you can control the camera, try rebooting it in the camera settings to see if that helps. If not, remove the camera from your account and add it back in normally. If still no good, it's likely a faulty camera so use Settings, Support to select your model and scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support for a possible RMA.
