Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera kann nicht mit App verbunden werden

Ich habe bereits bei Arlo Essential Sporlights in Betrieb, welche problemlos funktionieren.

Nun habe ich drei neue gekauft - kann jedoch keine einzige davon verknüpfen.

 

Was ich schon versucht habe:

- Zurückstellen auf Werkseinstellungen

- Verschiedene Konfigurationen WLAN versucht (unter anderem sichergestellt, dass es ein 2.4 GHz-WLAN ist)

- Anderes WLAN versucht, welches nur 2.4 GHz-WLAN sendet

 

Was kann ich sonst noch tun? Gefühlt habe ich schon alles versucht

Did you make sure the handheld device is on the same network? 

 

Do you have another device you can try and onboard the cameras from or try the web portal as well?

yes, handheld device is in the same network

 

i tried three different cameras with the phone, two different tablets and the web portal

Are these Gen 2 Essentials?  Or are they the older models?
