we are having problems with Arlo not being able to withdraw any money. We receive emails about updating payment information and have done so many times.

I encourage you to reach out to support within your region using the Arlo mobile app under Settings > Support. From their you can open a ticket detailing your concerns and an agent will reach out to you as soon as possible.
