I purchased the Arlo Essential Spotlight single camera in December 2020. Used for about 6 weeks at that time. Has not been used since, but now despite being on the charger & showing a solid blue LED light, it will not 'wake' up when sync button is held. I've contacted the retailer but after waiting for 3 hours for a response, I've given up! Any ideas please?

Thanks, it ended up being faulty so has now been replaced but thank you for your response!

Holding the sync button will reset the camera if held >15 seconds. Is that what you're doing? Not sure why you would need the sync button unless trying to reset it.
