My husband and I have installed our Arlo essential outdoor cameras but the invitation to join his account won't work, presumably because I created an account before he invited me. I've read that I need to delete my account and accept his invitation. How do I do this?

You don't need to delete your account. You just need to sign in t your account using the link provided in the invitation email. Try doing this from a PC if you're having trouble.
