New Essential Spotlight Cameras VMC2430 reads the QR code but cannot find camera. I've checked the community posts. I have checked router is set to 2.4 GHz and WPS2 but still can't find. What else should I try?

Hold the sync button for >15 seconds until the LED flashes amber and try again.
