My solar panel stopped charging the camera. It is in full sun. I live in Las Vegas. My other solar charger is fine.
The board's say something about a firmware update, idk how I would update it? Do I take it down and connect it to a computer somehow? I have no idea what that means. Thank you.

Thank you, oh and btw, both solar chargers stopped working within a week of each other. I just got off the phone with support. Support wants me to swap out both cameras for 24 hrs to observe if that could be the possible problem. The reason I didn't call them is because in my past experience when a product o
past the 1 yr warranty, customer service is unwilling t help without charging for help.
