I've setup my own account and now am setting up my Aunt's account and the Geofencing option on the Mode tab is greyed out. I've verified that her locations is set correctly on her iPhone. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ronda

I believe that you add the granted access account’s mobile phone in the primary account holder’s geofencing account.
