Why my cameras keep pixelating?

Not sure why, can you provide more detail of your setup, model number of cameras, base stations, router.

To take a stab in the dark I would firstly suggest you have wifi interference, move the Base, if you have one away from your router, 4ft at least. If no joy, then move the camera closer to the base or router to see if it improves.
