I recently had to restart my Essential Wire-Free Camera. It is back online again and sending push notifications when activated, and on the App icon on my iPhone indicates that a video has been recorded, BUT when I click on the icon no video is available. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the web client to see if that's different? Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app.
