Arlo doorbell wire problem to invite/ad a person

I have problems to get my wife invited to use the doorbell. Have sent multiple invitations. Every time the account ask to install the device, but when to do the connection the doorbell start ringing on my phone. What do I need to get this right ? Every time I make a new invitation she gets the mail from me. There is no invite in the app on here phone!!

You don't install the device in the friend account (you can't).

Try using a PC - clicking on the link in the invite there.
