Arlo Essential Camera just died.....

I have 2 Arlo's.  They were working fine and all of a sudden one of them stopped working.  It seemed as if the battery just quit.  I have been trying to charge it and having no luck.....Nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Assuming the battery is somehow totally depleted, try plugging it in until the blue LED turns on (likely a few minutes), unplug and plug back in. Do this several times to see if you can put enough voltagge into the battery to allow it to fully charge.

If no good, does the camera work when on AC power? If not, use Settings, Support to see about a replacement.
