My Arlo Essential camera spot light (not on a subscription) won't turn off once motion is detected.  I have tried re-synching several times with no luck.  The Firmware is up to date.

Have you tried the reset as part of the removal/re-onboarding process?

Yes I have tried that twice.  Pressing and holding the small button on the top of the camera.

Use Settings, Support, select your camera to get official support which may include an RMA.

 

However, this sounds like you may have a Pro or Pro 2 camera with a sync button on top instead of an Essential camera which has it on the bottom and doesn't have a button on top (you posted in the Essential section). Verify what camera you actually have.
