Arlo Doorbell Wire-Free no video being recorded

Hi,

A few days ago I subscribed to Arlo Secure 1 camera.

in my account the doorbell is chosen as the one for this subscription.

But as of yet no Video is being recorded.

What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks for your replies,

problem seems to be solved. Modus was in planning and I gathered the doorbell would function apart from that.

Check your active mode to ensure the camera is enabled.

It is active, I have an image. It’s just nog recording any video

I asked about the active mode, not whether you could see the thumbnail. You must look in Modes (old UI) or Dashboard (new UI) to verify this.
