Hello, 

I have Arlo Base station VMB4000. The base station is online because it there are three green lights that are on. I cannot connect to the base station. I also cannot connect to the security cameras, since I cannot connect to the base. The base is online, but I cannot connect it to the APP. This started on March 5th, 2023.  All of my products are not working at the moment. I wasted money, since I bought three new cameras November 28, 2022! Please help or give me refund.

Did you try power cycling the base?

Yes, I reset the base and my router many times. Does anyone have arlo essential camera that is still working?

There's plenty of them out there working or this place would be nothing but complaints.

 

WHat have you tried besides power cycling them (which isn't a reset)? What do you see when logging in and moving around the app? Any error messages? Have you tried the web client at my.arlo.com?
